- Which Linux distributions do you support?
- Ubuntu LTS and Debian as our defaults. We're equally comfortable with Rocky, Alma and Arch. Anything more exotic — ask us first.
- Do you provide the hardware or cloud account?
- Either works. Bring your own Hetzner, OVH, AWS or GCP account, or let us provision and bill it through transparently.
- What are your response times?
- Critical incidents: within 15 minutes, 24/7. Standard requests: same business day. Everything tracked against an SLA in writing.
- Can you take over servers we already run?
- Yes — that's a big part of what we do. We start with an audit, document the environment, then take over maintenance with zero downtime.
- How do you handle access and security?
- Per-engineer SSH keys, MFA-protected jump hosts, full audit logs, no shared credentials. Access is granted least-privilege and revoked the moment an engagement ends.
